Hi guys what do you think of an 20k AED per month base salary for working in IT?
There is also an allowance for accommodation but im being put up in a hotel for the first few months. I'm a single guy so no other expenditures.
Appreciate your thoughts?

Depends on what they offer you for accommodation, vehicle/transport allowance, medical cover, flights, holidays etc.

Try doing a search though the threads here, and have a look at the cost of living calculator on this website.

7k a month for accommodation and return flights after contract ends. Medical is covered but things like transport is additional. 23 days holiday included.

Is that comfortable to live on?
