out in the middle of nowhere. no local shops/restaurants.
no facilities in buildings unless you are in the CBD

oh and it stinks if the wind is coming from the direction of the sewage treatment plant.

does everyone think that International City is the only place where there is a sewage thingy! the one at the back of the Lakes is vile but no one mentions that one! I would rather be in the middle of nowhere than in the Middle of all this construction and traffic

There is an article in today's Gulf News about the lack of facilities there.

but there are plenty of areas now with facilities so why live in ones without.

Yeah, it smells a bit now and again, but how often are you going to be sitting outside? Facilites, great Chinese take away here, go for a CBD and you'll get a pool and gym. Festival City 15 mins away, Mirdiff, 10 minutes. Not as dusty here, although still a lot of construction work going on. Quite quiet on the whole. I have no complaints!
