Royal Mirage (no swim up bar though), Wafi - great swim up bar.

Westin has swimming pool with lanes, general pool with area in which under 16 are not allowed , also has decent pool bar, plenty of sun beds, plenty of umbrellas for shade.

Do you mean for actual swimming or farting around in the shallow end with a fag and beer in hand?. JBH as BC says has a proper laned swimming pool. Another good option is the Movenpick at IBN Battuta gate. That has a 28m pool on the 8th floor.

For drinking and messing around the sheraton and the sofitel ive allways found decent
