Dubai dry?
Is dubai a dry area today/tonight due to somebody's birthday? Or am l just having my leg pulled?

If this is the same thing I recall speaking to a Lebanese guy in Abu Dhabi (who has been here for 30 years) about the length of the journey and the time that he did it in not stacking up. He thought for a while and said " I don't know....maybe he has Ferrari?"
