I have recently been contacted by an old colleague regarding work in Dubai and am weighing up whether to move with my family (wife + 2 & 5yr old kids). I anticipate a problem with the other family member though, our 5 month old dog. We are in the US and were planning on moving back to the UK already so he has begun his rabies tests, etc needed for moving back there. I wondered firstly are there any special requirements for moving him into Dubai? Secondly, are the better places to live if you have a pet (I assume there are more no-go areas than can-go).
