I called the Rulers Office 
they were great and directed me to the Office of Protocol. The Gentlemen there told me that HH does see people and that you have to register on line with your request. He also told me that he regularly holds meetings with people who have grievances etc as he feels it is important to listen to everyone.

We no longer have a 18 hole golf course at Dubai Country Club. Bulldozers arrived this morning
