Useful link below for all those bus users, just a pity it takes 4 changes and over 2 hours from Meadows Town Centre to Dubai Marina including visits to Satwa Bus Station and Trade Centre R/bt, might just stick to taxis.

why would you want to go to Satwa and the Trade Centre to get to the Marina which is about 15 dhs if that in a taxi from the Meadows :confused:

I use them sometimes in Abu Dhabi to get to the mall and pub after work...and gotten home once or twice the same way as well.

The main issue is the other people on the bus....sometimes they are crowded with labourers and so are not so pleasant, especially for ladies (but they do have a separate section at the front for them).

I wouldn't use a bus to get to work or anywhere important though - always the car or taxis when I need to be on time.
