Anyone found it hard with a dog? - of the four-legged variety. Does it hinder you finding a rental? Naive question, but are there suitable areas to exercise them in parks etc?

It's tough having animals here , the environment is harsh on them and the local population are shit scared of dogs as well which doesn't bode well for strays and lost animals .

Loads of expats have them though and there's a big community for that kind of thing as well so there should be no problems . You need to pick your places for taking the dogs out as they're banned in Public parks and areas but there's loads of places in Doha that are a short drive away
