Has anyone figured out a way or know of any way to get a dishwasher into these 2 bed villa's?

Im about to move into one on Tuesday (inshallah), and i noticed there is a separate room near the back porch door for a washing machine and in the kitchen is a space for a cooker and fridge but nothing for a dishwasher!

Has anyone successfully installed one and if so how and more importantly where? Or does everyone do the house maid thing and get them to wash them.

Any info would be good, also any good places to get electrical appliances, went to Caref in Mall of Emirates but they didnt have a huge selection of stuff, the salemen tried pusing me to get everything LG as apparently they're "the best sir". As far as i know LG's rep in the UK is still pretty much shite but maybe someone would more knowledge can let me know.

Having lived in a 2 bed in the springs, my threepence is that it can be done in the kitchen, but its already devoid of cupboard space, so your losing out there.

If you employed a maid mainly to do your dishes, you need her every day non? Wouldn't it be a better use of resources if she actually cleaned?

Wahing machine and fridge in the little space in the front? There is enough room for a cooker and fridge in the kitchen though, was their a reason behind this or wasnt heir sufficient space?

What springs are you in? They do vary. Some have open plan kitchen/living space. Ours in springs 2 was open plan.

As my wife is a domestic goddess she needs 2 fridges. One in kitchen, next to window, one in 'utility room' at front.

In all honesty, they are bloody awful houses..

Springs 4, god they arent that bad are they? I was looking forward to moving in there, i know they are a little pokey but for a year they'll be ok! Do you have any contacts for any gardners, the grass in their is burnt to toast, would like something a little more alive and green.

If you are sans kidlets then they are ok. You will see gardeners galore around your street. Just grab one. They are easy to find. Follow your nose..
