Discovery gardens - studio

anybody living in discovery gardens, in a studio? How much rent should we expect to pay? Thanks

I believe the one bedrooms are now at 120,000 per year... not sure if this helps much!

120.000 for a studio!! :o

You can rent a two bedroom (1300 sqft) there for that price (inc AC)!!!

The going rate is 70.000 - 90.000 PA dependent on size...
