Dirt cheap car lease - any suggestions?

Dirt cheap car lease - any suggestions?
Payless, or Al Dishdash Something as it's now known, appears to be going out of business/upgrading its fleet - either way they need my car back and won't have a replacement for minimum two months.
So I need another long term lease. What I would really appreciate is personal recommendations. I can easily get a list of car rental companies in Dubai - eg http://www.dwtc.com/directory/car.htm - but who is to know which are dodgy, which are good, etc. The international brands are reliable but often twice the price of smaller companies.
So I would really value people's opinions and suggestions here. Thanks in advance.
