I am planning to move to Riyadh and I wanted to ask regarding some good health clubs and gyms anyone would know about.

I would like to have the basic facilities such as Clean Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room, Gym and Cardio.

I would also like it if it offers classes!

what options would I have and membership rates as well?

Yes, I am sure about Sheraton, you can take annual membership there and I think rest also do.
