how long did the fasting last?
I was interested by your experience.I gave up after three days as it was pointless being in work. I couldnt concentrate after 11.00am and was generally spaced out permanently. It wasnt as tough as i'd imagined it to be, but how spaced out i felt was 10 times worse than i imagined
