Jesus Pats I am getting worse!!! just spend 15 mins on the channel 4 website!! I thought it was a documentary!!

Hardly a serious piece of critical journalism when only 2-3 disgruntled investors are interviewed. They should have dug deeper and got more people on board in order for the report to be taken seriously...in my view.

I for sure wouldnt invest 60,000K in property without carrying out some kind of research into the land and title issues. I know when I have bought property in the UK I have grumbled about the legal costs for searches etc but really in hindsight it was money well spent. Here too many people have swallowed what the ill informed sales agents have said without understanding that this is an immature and therefore risky market.
