Cycling/Triathlon - Bahrain
 

I'm looking to get back into triathlon after along break. Looking for any advice on routes/ safe roads to cycle on in Bahrain or to find out whether there any groups who meet to cycle on a regular basis. Weather is breaking, so thought it would be a good time to start out.

Safe roads? Bicycles? Middle East? Christ, half the roads here aren't safe with a Tank!

Agreed..take up mountain/desert biking the driving here is horrible. Do a search about the expat teacher who was mauled down by some nitwit abut a year ago, he was on a sidewalk.
