Thats top notch blue cat.

Its so silly how i could be on double the wages out there, with a flat 4 times the size of the one I am in now and still be paying £100 a month less.

IF only I had a degree in the relevant field.

rent is generally yearly/6 monthly - you have to hand over the years rent in advance, in either 1/2/3 cheques or whatever the landlord will accept

Usually with loans....personal or company. The lucky ones get it paid by their company as part of their package.
