Default Contracts for a lodger/renting room out in UK house

Not sure of this is the right forum or not(?)

I am working in UAE, and have a house in UK. I have rented out the whole house with an agency over the last 7 years. Pretty straightforward as the agency deals with everything.

However, I would now like to rent out a couple of the rooms as a house share/house sit so that I can come back during holidays and also stay at the house.

I have rented rooms out before when I lived in UK prior to 2001. I used a contract which I got from a 'which' book.

Does anybody know where I can get advice, and in particular a contract which I can use for lodgers?

thanks.

No, wrong forum. You need the Lodger/Tenant Forum. Try harder next time.

I would start with a lawyer. They tend to be pretty handy at contracts.

A few years ago we let out a room in our flat, we got a template for a contract from the shelter website - assuming the property is in England, have a look here -
