Default Cofit-19

Anyone got any good resources for some home workouts?

I'm not fussed about copying that helmet Joe Wicks, looking for some resources that involve either setting it up and just doing it or a youtube type thing. Maybe some sort of mini home circuit we can do together that won't drive the downstairs neighbours mental with banging.....

Asking in case anyone has already done the legwork (gettit?) on research to save me repeating.

Cheers

I've been using the Nike Training app - mostly body weight only exercises (I don't have any equipment) with a handy video of each exercise. Also works well with my iWatch. And you can set up a 4 week plan (as a total beginner) which sets out what you have to do each day, removing all the guesswork.

Interesting. I've basically come up with a bodyweight circuit we could do (in my head) but want to make sure I'm covering things off. Hadn't thought about watch suggestions. I've got a fitbit (Apple watch is probably dead, it's not been turned on in years)....will see what they have. THanks

Have a look at MOSSA. They do various video workouts - i like the HIIT stuff. Free for 60 days, but I think I only pay about $4 a month or something.

40 seconds on 20 off - 1 minute break x 5 sets
1 x core - plank
1x legs - basic squat - good form
1x upper - push up - keep the form strict
1x full body - burpee
1 x legs - kettle bell swing
