Co-op at Towar 3 ???

Hi everyone,

Hoping someone can help... I'm supposed to be meeting some people at the following location:

Emirate Co-op Society at Towar 3 area

I have tried google but still none the wiser as to where Towar 3 is!

Any help much appreciated

dubai... but i think i might have clocked now it must be an alternative Roman spelling of al-Twar, which is sort of behind the police HQ north of the airport...
