Not necessarily. We get Old Mature Cheddar, which is certainly not soft and bendy unless its been out of the fridge a few hours. The Red Leicester from last week was tasty too. Perfick with a glass of Albanian red.

Well, South African actually...AED15 a bottle plus tax at MMI right now.

Choithram in the Greens Village has a pretty good cheese counter. Also as BC mentioned the Organic Cafe and Supermarket has some lovely organic cheeses.

biggest selection I have ever seen is LULU! they even have Cheshire which you can hardly ever get here!
