Cheap movers within DXB?

Cheap movers within DXB?
Need to hire a mover who can move a mattress and several large boxes of books, kitchen supplies and clothes. I'd also be furnishing the new place with debris from Dubizzle, so this man with a van would also ideally be on call whenever I need him to pick up a sofa or dining table.
Where does one find a man with a van?
Any suggestions are helpful, as always, even if they include buggering off, ****ing off and the usual BE witticism.

We used this chap twice a few months ago and found him reliable and cheap -about AED500 to shift the contents of a 2bedroom apartment. The service was nothing fancy (e.g. packing stuff in bubble wrap) but included 2 helpers.
I don't know if he's still in business/available but if he is, I'd definitely use him next time we move. He's based in Al Quoz BTW.
