Hi all, I have a load of clothes (all in good condition) which don't fit me any longer and I was wondering if anyone knows anywhere in Dubai where I can drop them off to a charity that can use them?

Not sure who is collecting right now, but if you look in the charity section of Time Out you'll get some useful info.

There are some yellow charity bins that you can deposit clothing in. I have seen a few, but for sure there is one next to the swimming pool in "The Oval" playing field in The Gardens, Jebel Ali.

i give everything to my helper...it gets distrubuted amongst her family and friends back in sri lanka and i know it's to people who really need it...

HH has stopped collecting clothes for the time being as there is no storage space and they have a lot of stuff to distribute right now. If people could hang on to stuff, that would be great, but I cannot take any more as I already have thousands of books.
