how are the chances to find a job as civil engineer in Abu Dhabi or Doha?
How can I manage to find such a job?

The third place, which has a chnace is Perth, WA.

my husband works in civil engineering and his company are always on the look out for engineers, you could email me your CV and I will pass it on [email protected] and female engineers do exist here.

I also work for a company that is looking to expand in AD and D. We have also just picked up a big job in Doha!

I'm a civil engineer and used Beresford Blake Thomas (BBT) a recruitment agency to get my current contract out here - they did a good job for me. There are quite a few other agencies who deal in civil recruitment - but use European based ones that get paid by the company you are joining.
There are a few female expat Engineers about in the ME, and also a few local female Engineers - who are generally good at their jobs - probably because they have to be - so it is possible.
Good luck.

ok, when I am back at the weekend, I will forward my CV.
Specialisation: thats a little bit tricky, because I am specialised in highways and water, but I also did a 2 years traineeship in bricklaying (there you learn everything like concrete, bricklaying, how to use timber) and I worked in a construction company, so I can do construction as well.
