Any advice on buying (almost new or demo) cars from dealers? For example, will a honda dealer sell used hondas or do I have to go to a specific used car dealer?

Any recs on reputable dealers in AD? How much can I negotiate (generally speaking)?

You can buy cars privately and as well as there are 2nd hand car dealers.

It has almost all the options which includes Memory Seats and Head Rests for Driver and Passenger, Memory Steering wheel, Auto Dimming interior and Exterior Mirror, Full SAT NAV and Command, 6 CD / DVD Changer, Harddrive and provision for AUX (such as ipod etc), Panaromic Glass roof, 30% black tint (thats Legal limit here), Bi Xenon, Key Less Go.
