Is there anyone on here in the Real Estate business?

I need to find out the following info for Oman:

Selling fees sole agency instructions

Selling Fees multi agency instructions

Letting fees for Landlord

Letting fees for Tenant

Terms and conditions

Also:

and the Legal aspects for buying and selling a property in Oman

No expert but a few things I do know:
Unless your a GCC passport holder you cannot buy in Oman except for the expat freehold areas such as The Wave. Regards rental, tennants pay nothing to the agent, the landlord pays all the fees. I'll ask my next door neighbour who runs his own real estate firm the other questions.

and that is the way it should be run, landlord pays all the fees not the tenant this is only done here in uae!
