buying a property in uk while working in the middle east?
 

Will I be eligible to have a loan in the uk if I'm working abroad; will my working renewable contracts with the same company represent a low-risk or will the bank prefer me to be working in the UK?-Will it make a difference if I have a sizeable downpayment when we first approach the bank?
I'd be grateful for any advice you can give me on this.
