Burj Khalifa Observation Deck re-opened?
Rumour is that it re-opened 3rd April - or at least booking desk at Dubai Mall did. Anyone have any info? There's nothing in the press (either in print or on-line) so far - you'd think they'd be trumpeting it from the Burj-top if that was the case wouldn't you?
