i thought the reason site visits where stopped, according to one of the site supervision staff ,was last year somebody had an attack of vertigo on the 100+ floor and they had to stop the site for a number of hours to get emergency crew up there and get the person down. considering for one thing crane lifts are programmed 3 days in advance and in 8 minute windows this was extremely expensive and caused a huge amount of disruption.

I got told we couldn't go up because of this 'security breach'.
Either way....there's always one idiot that spoils things.
