Broadband

Im moving to dubai on the 1st august, anyone have any idea on how to get a phone line installed and broadband, anyone know the speeds etc, contention ratio's etc?

Best company that provide, i have no idea.

Also anyone know the nearest villa complex nearest to Dubai internet city? Bought a copy of dubai explorer, waiting for it to come through the post.
