What happens if I am on a 2 year contract working in Sharjah and I break it and leave that job?

ok so that just means i cannot work in the UAE for 6 months

which would be fine with me coz i will be leaving the country anyway

should i want to come back after 6 months to work i would be able to?

while we are on the subject, my hubby's offer letter states the contract is indefinite, should this be changed to a year in the first instance?
