I am 29 years old male moved to Dubai about month ago working as finance manager in jebel Ali. I heard so much about Dubai before moving now I am here can't find place to chill. How can you be bored in Dubai? So many places to go, go somewhere, say hello to someone, see what happens...

In the age of internet and non-verbal/face to face communication there is a generation of people growing up who have virtually no real friends, go out meet someone.

ya about colleagues. i am working in manufacturing company most of people they can not speak English. i am not being racist but i am the only one there who speaks English.

I think I made it really clear I am from Britain n the language v speak over there is English. I am working as finance manger where fortunately or unfortunately only i speak one language. Most of them are from Pakistan India srilanka and Bangladesh. They communicate in their languages mostly and I feel retarded. I am looking for place where I can go for chil, make new friends thats it. I thought as you guys are already living in Dubai may be u can help, but anyway thanks ever so much
