Not really, what with fireworks being illegal and all. Wish somebody would have another go at blowing up The Houses of Parliament now though!

fireworkers aren't available to individuals, but they are available to organisations and hotels etc. DCC has always had a massive Bonfire event, last year there was 3000 people there. Shame it will be closed this year

The Country Club have a great bonfire night.... if it hasn't been shut down (it was going to be closed to build flats when we left). If it's still there, it's a good night out, plenty of beer, lots on for the kids.... and a good firework display. Oh, and Guy Fawkes cops it too....

Sorry BC, but we went to the Country Club do last year and were very unimpressed. We'd been led to believe it was going to be so much better

The people we were with actually complained and got us all our money back.

I couldn't agree more Gareth, but it has been a bit of a tradition, DCC and Bonfire night. I had a massive bust up with the FnB manager that night also got our money back. The management were all new and I think they learnt a big lesson out of it. However this year they won't have the chance to prove that they can get it right
