Blinds in Dubai
I've just moved into a new apartment in JLT, and the huge wall-to-wall windows may be beautiful, but they're currently having a greenhouse effect on my bedroom.
Does anyone have any recommendations for blind companies in Dubai? Ideally I don't want them to cost a fortune.

I got mine for a good price at Avenue Window fashions (www.blinds.ae). They have a showroom in Al Quoz (Map at http://www.blinds.ae/Our_location_map.aspx) that you can visit to see all the styles.

I'd suggest being wary of Avenue. I have had to deal with several major complaints about them.
My recommendation would be to take a trip to Satwa. There are numerous places around Plant Street that will make blinds at a good price. I use Senses, who, once you have chosen your material, will come out to measure up and return to fit them once made.
