Blatant Plug
Guys
I know we have a few runners and Triathelets on here. On Friday we are running up Jebel Hafeet at 5am in aid of Jon Beeton the rugby player you may have read about. Basically he has no brain activity and is waiting to pass away in Rashid hospital. All money raise will be for his wife and family to cover any expenses they have, the balance will go to a charity of her chosing. If you want to run, walk or cycle the meet is at the Green Muthbazza at the bottom about 4.45am and just make a donation sign a waiver and get up the hill. Running down is optional.

Over 60 went up and about 20 came down, great event and it really is a challenge.
