Well, my mum's fiance has been offered a job in the UAE, in Fujairah. He really wants to go and so does my mum, but I reaaaaaaally don't want to, and neither does my sister. Not only because of missing family, not being able to make friends etc, but also because the schools there don't do the subjects that I do here, so I wouldn't be able to do my A-levels and go to uni. The thing is when I tell my mum this she's just like, 'Oh well. We're moving anyway' and I just don't feel as i she really cares tbh.
I think that she just wants to move because of her fiance, and she'll do anything to keep him happy, no matter what the cost to her family.

Anyone got any thoughts/ ideas on what I should do?

got any family you can stay with and go to school in the UK?

always try and blag a private school...and you checked all the schools in the UAE?

How old are you? As Bob said, do you have any family that you could stay in the UK with? My son is 17, and still in the uk. We moved to NZ in January and he didn't want to come as he had started an engineering course at college and loved it. Maybe your mum would consider that, if you had a relative willing to take on the responsibility. Best of luck to you !!
