I always get confused about what date will be dry, I'm guessing from evening of 19th December.

I heard that Oman has already announced that Eid will be 20th Dec.

I know it is supposed to be subject to a moon sighting, but surely astonomy can tell people exactly when the moon will rise? All thses last minute announcements are irritating and make planning things a bit tricky.

Par for the course, but as I said this is my company and often open to change as the HR bods like to look after themselves and we all follow.
