AL BAYNUNAH APARTMENTS, CORNICHE ROAD

Hi Everyone!

I will be moving to Abu Dhabi next week and have been informed by my new employer that I will be living in the Al Baynunah tower on the corniche road. I will be living in a one bedroom apartment and was wondering if any current tenants would be able to give me any information on what the apartments are like etc?

Poppy - no idea on the apartment (I wonder if they are the same block as the blue one hosting the dry hilton hotel?). Anyway - nice part of town, right opposite the beach.

These apartments are in a great location and you will probably have use of the pool (on the 29th floor from memory). I have been in the larger apartments and they were really lovely but that was a few years ago.

Thanks for the reply, Soukie. Any information is a great help. I'm just hoping that its not a tiny apartment at I had heard that it is hotel rooms that have been converted into residential apartments? It will be located on the 9th floor so if you or anyone has any info about those apartments then I'd love to hear it.

it used to be a hotel but obviously now they have been converted, you get a good view over the brit embassy, but its on the corniche so a good location havent been inside so cant comment there but they are old.

corniche residences which is down the road i think is the one that is dry well ok baynunah was a hotel beforehand so of course if its been converted to apartments it may well be dry.... you need to venture to the hilton up by emirates palace (as thats the hotel etc)
