Does anyone know the base salary for middle management positions at KAUST (professional grade 4)?

I am aware of the benefits such as overseas incentive allowance, start-up allowance, sign-on incentive, medical and dental coverage, pension and savings plans, relocation allowance, educational assistance allowance for dependent children, furnished housing with fully paid utilities, and vacation and travel benefits.

What nationality are you?

If you’re European then I would say under the current finical climate then I would say a package of 400,000 SAR would be a decent package for your level. Especially if your have no Middle East experience.

I am a Canadian. However, KAUST is a merit-based university! The appointment, promotion and retention of faculty and staff, and all the educational and administrative activities of the University are conducted on the basis of equality, without regard to race, colour, religion or gender.
