Was in the Gulf Hotel on Sunday. My son orders a Bacon Cheeseburger. Waitress brings out a four inch high bun with all bacon no beef..maybe they're trying to get rid of it before the ban..

No.. just bought myself a pig!! Na.. just went to Al Osra and bought shed loads of bacon - no shortage there believe me! I can't do without my bacon & eggs on the weekend :P

LOL. I actually worked on that deal, one of my first after moving here (if they are referring to the sale in early/mid 2006 and no subsequent flips). A FTSE listed media company...so that's your pension fund well invested then....

PS: don't remember a Peter Cooper as one of the shareholders...there were two Danish blokes and the private equity arm of a leading Western bank....
