in short its taken over a month to renew my insurance policy, so far I've had 4 different policies, all wrong i might add and several demands for payments for products i dont have want or need.

I now have a car which has passed its registartion renewal date but i cant ****ing renew it cos my insurance company is shit.

actually scratch that, half are shit, the other half are sorting out a claim on another vehicle and are being great about it.

If i have to talk to another idiot today i swear that i will not be responsible for my own actons.

will do thx.

I dont think its just here, have had similar days in the UK. companies leave their actual consumer contact to the lowest common denominator, a sure recipe for driving you nuts.
