Assistance Needed
 

Hi All,

I need any assistance or guidance that can be offered. I am looking for a villa 2 - 3 bedrooms in Mirdiff, preferable with Servants Quarters, for 60 000 per month, maximum up to 70 000. I need the villa only from 1 April. Anyone know anyone who is moving? I would appreciate any help as I do not handle stress well and am already breaking out in hives!!! :scared: Not a pretty sight. The agents I have contacted have been of absolutly no help at all. :( Please???

Did you check the properties pages in Gulf new? it might help

1 thing you need to know, that living mirdif means accepting the noise of planes flying really close to the ground ;)

I have checked the papers and as soon as I call I get the run around - the villa is either gone or the price has suddenly increased!! Very frustrating. I know about Mirdiff it is just the most logical place for us to stay right in the middle fo shools and work. My brother lives in Mirdiff and we have spent the night a couple of times and are there often during the day and we have gotten used to the noise! Thanks fot the advice though... :D

If you have checked the papers and the agents I guess there is nothing going in that area. Try looking in neighbouring areas. My sympathies are with you, i have to find somewhere too pretty soon. Very stressfull :(

If I am not mistaken are you looking in SZR? Have you tried Colliers Agents? I have found that they have a good selection and are willing to try and help.. :confused: I hate moving and packing and all. It is going to be very stressful because not only are we moving but Hubby is also changing jobs to it is visa change... NOC letters... No going home for another year :( Very sad... But it will be good in the end have to look forward to it!!! :o

Owner selling, speculator, made his money.....only been in 7 months, what a pisser. Anyway, not looking in SZR would like to stay near Junc 5.

Psycho John will probably call you toward the end of the week. I think he has one other person to speak to, but it will be ready on Monday.

2 swimming pools, tennis courts, games room, fully equiped gym, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, bbq areas

Little Madam Rug Rat is at Cambridge High School. :p It is near Garhoud Bridge. Hence wanting to stay in Mirdiff, Hubby will be based in Jebel Ali and I work on the Dubai/AlAIn road so it is very central.. Also have a brother staying Mirdiff so always have a handy babysitter!! :scared:
