Default Arabic language courses in Jeddah?

Hi,

I'm new to Jeddah and keen to learn Arabic (at least the Arabic numbers so I can read the speed signs on the roads ).

I have talked to some Saudis and expats; basically nobody knows about any language center or professor teaching Arabic to foreigners here.

Any tip welcomed!

Thanks in advance,

For numbers use the Internet mate - or ask one of your arabic colleagues. I always found my Egyptian colleagues the most open and amenable [still have a wonderful English translation of the Quran given to me by an Egyptian colleague].

Hi - welcome to the Board and welcome to Jeddah.

I saw this ad in Arab News newspaper - haven't rung them yet, so you might want to contact them and get some further info?
