A study of 2000 men cannot get an accurate representation of the 30 million or so men in Briton today can it? It's also amazing how people seemed to be living in Briton for thousands of years before that too but they don't get a look in.

There have been more extensive studies suggesting most white Britons share the same DNA people who lived in the Isles during the Neolithic period and peoples who immigrated from the Iberian Pennisula.

In any case this sort of thing is often used to claim Britain is a nation of immigrants...because apparently if you have the majority of the population of the Isles settled and descendants from people who arrived 10,000+ years ago that makes them 'immigrants'. A bit like saying we're all Tanzanian because that's where homo sapiens seems to have first appeared.

Anyone fancy a trip to Africa?

Looking at the location, that does not surprise me.
The outcome would be the same if they did it in Skarholmen, a suburb of Stockholm .

Nothing like a bit of impartial and unbiased scientific research is there?
