Friend of mine is moving out in a few weeks time and needs to find a new tenant...
2 bedrooms, 8 months left on the lease...

what rent are they asking? I have a friend who has a 1 bed in the Marina, if she can rent that out then she is looking for a 2 bed here.

yeah the problem is the cat, otherwise we could get loads of apartments, but we'll be needing a villa so its barsha which I'm not keen on or stay in mirdif, which looks like it will happen, as long as we get away from the planes....
