Apartment Car Parking
 

Been in Dubai a couple of weeks and starting to look for a 2 bed apartment. Usual areas, marina, downtown, Jam lakes etc

When wife starts work we will both have a car. The two bed apartments only come with one space. Why do the agents look spaced when we talk about a second parking space.

Can't believe we are the only people with this problem.

Appreciate any advice, what does everyone else do:confused:

I have no idea but I go to JBR quite frequently and there are always loads of free spaces in the carparks since the buildings are not fully occupied so I'd say just use one of the free spaces...if someone has a problem with that they will let you know...

Am sure BC will fill you in on that particular conundrum. She has the same issue, I believe....

Allocated parking is being brought in in JBR soon. I presume this is the same soon that will see the gyms built soon, the beach clubs open soon, and the security procedures beginning operation soon :sneaky:
