Stay well out of Damac - not a company I'd work for and certainly not for that salary.

they used to have a 'big tent' on the outskirts of media city as an office - not sure if it is still there or they have moved into a more conventional office yet....

They have a huge office hidden away above Al Futtaim Automall on SZR where their staff work under production line conditions. Hopefully your basic salary will be exclusive of a nice hefty commission where sales are concerned.

" UK equivalent of £17500, uncapped OTE (realistic yr 1 earnings of £80k), residency visa, mobile, medical insurance, 1 month paid holiday. Flight to Dubai included + relocation assistance.
"Commission structure based on the cost price of the property. The company will take care of all visa requirements, arrange your flight, UAE bank account, medical insurance, they will provide you with a UAE sim card and will add £100 credit per month. For the first 15 days you will stay in a hotel at the company’s expense, after this they will provide assistance in sourcing suitable accommodation for you.
The average property price is £400k so I need candidates who have experience of selling to high net worth clients. You can sell wholesale to anyone in the world."
They also within the first year they will get 85% of the leads for me...
I want go there and gain some experience and then run my own biz in that sector in the future...
I really thank you for your comments and would love to hear from people working for Damac also!

They seem to employ alot of pretty Russian models to get business so you will be facing stiff competition where earning sales commission is concerned.

If they use models and it works well for them why would they hire other people?
Does anyone work for them on here at all?

Damac have a terrible reputation, and you could never survive on 10k a month

It better continue with my real estate project and sell properties than work for them, i was trying to stay there for a few months to gain local knowledge about the property market and get the feel of it...
I welcome and appreciate all your comments and would welcome more, thanks!
