Default Anyone know any young gaming engineers?

Anyone out there who is / knows of someone who is looking for employment in 3-D digital design / game design?

I'm looking for people with:

a) A Masters or better in game design
b) A couple of years work experience in game design, using either a gaming engine like Unity3D or a virtual reality package like Virtools or Eon Professional
c) Creative skills - need to see a strong protfolio of designs & animations in 3D Studio Max, Maya, Cinema 4-D or similar
d) Need to be super bright, super creative and have a sense of adventure!

I need about 4 people - it may well suit expat kids who've been to the UK/US/Oz etc for university, have a couple of years work exp & are looking to move back out here. Package would suit young single people with a techie mindset...

Please send me a PM if you know anyone that might be interested.

if your not a member of the Chaos Engine, give me the skinny and I could post it there for you....but decent experience ain't going to get folks going over there as there's bugger all security and no bounce potential, and someone pretty junior ain't going to be able to fill all those requirements.

Thanks for the advice - I'll try there, too.... The "smart" stuff is being done by others, who are also responsible for tech xfer & training - these guys will be mainly working in 3DS Max creating content, but with a longer term view of getting them trained in app development. I'm looking more for potential than experience, hence the low experience requirement.

I'll try gamasutra & let you know if I have any issues posting, thx again for the tips.

Good luck...but I don't think it's cheap, I think $500 for a simple tag advert, more for full info, but it hits the games industry and anyone looking to get into the industry will be on there.

Also might have luck on linkedin if you have one of the premium memberships as there's a lot of games industry people on it, but I'm not sure how useful the job thing is on that.

Some other site I've remembered-
