Anyone have a 2 or 3 bedroom to rent in Dubai Marina?

Hi there,

I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom to rent in Dubai Marina and would prefer to deal directly with landlord. If any one has a place available, please let me know.

..I don't know of any, sorry.

Out of interest, why do you prefer to deal directly with a landlord...is the rent cheaper by cutting out the middle man (real estate rental agency) ?:confused:

Thanks. I tried Dubizzle to no avail. And the rent itself is not cheaper without an agent. I just don't want to use one.;)

You don't have to pay agency if you cut out middle man. However, be sure the contract you make will be still registered with the RERA.
