I have been invited onto the local station as a guest on a show, saying no more than that!!! has anyone been on the telly before and it is it really nerve wracking? I am getting a bit stressed out about the whole thing.

BC, it's fine being interviewed on TV, honest, you will have no issues, you don't strike me as the shrinking violet type . Just be yourself...whoever is interviewing you wants to make sure they get good TV, so will ensure it's cool...

Good luck!

I was on Spender once, as they filmed outside my school.

That was very nerve wracking, I had to keep bouncing this ball, next to the road, and I was really worried it would hit Jimmy Nail's car and he'd car out and lamp me one.

But it was fine.

Is that any help?
