there are music shops behind novotel and also on salam st, there is a yahama shop on electra uptowards salam st too. dubizzle is a good place too. car4 do them as well.

I've not seen any Ibanez or Gibson places over here. Far better buying in UK and bringing with you, will be cheaper as well.

Try AKM, i bought a nice ibanez prestige s series from there last year. They generally price there products failry well. Stay away from Mozarts no matter how many people suggest it. There rip off merchants, always have been. There aint a great deal of good music shops anywhere in abu dhabi but id say AKM was your best bet. If you go behind the crown plaza on hamdan and walk across the road its in among that area, not to hard to find...

There is quite a good music shop in the block between Electra and Hamdan behind the Crowne Plaza. Quite difficult to find - has a yellow neon sign. I am fairly sure it stocks Ibanez.

thats akm as mentioned by me and avarice. but u think its difficult to find but A doesnt. I know where it is, but i never find it first time, it is difficult to find, i usually go for the one thats on salam st (aka before roadworks tho)

yes there is a place in mina, i will have to try and dig out the details for ya. can u not just ring up the supplier. if you dont know the details go into car4 and ask them for the information if they sell the brand of course. i bought a new washing machine and it didnt work from the word go. this was bought from whitewestinghouse so a good make, but i kept hassling them and in the end they couldnt find fault with the machine, it ended up that the electric plug was faulty...! only here in ME!
